COVID 19 Update

March 24 COVID-19 update: Veterinary hospitals have been deemed an essential service and we are here to serve our valued clients and help their beloved pets. IMPORTANT INFO FOR ALL OF OUR CLIENTS:
We are still seeing essential appointments and surgeries to ensure that all of our patients’ medical needs are met. To ensure the health & safety of our staff and clients, our clinic is practicing “curbside” medicine. During this time of physical distancing, clients are not permitted to enter the clinic. When booking appointments, please be considerate of our staff’s safety and follow government recommendations to self quarantine for 14 days after any travel. If you are feeling sick or are self isolating after travel and your pet needs medical care, please contact us to make arrangements to minimize exposure.

We are now offering Video consultations with our veterinarians using the Zoom app during clinic hours. Contact us for more details.

For curbside appointments: When you arrive at the clinic please remain in your vehicle & phone us at (905) 332-4014. One of our staff members will come outside to retrieve your pet from you. Please respect the recommended 6 feet/2m of physical distancing. Our veterinarians and technicians will discuss all particulars of the appointment with you over the phone. Billing can be done by e-transfer to [email protected] or credit card over the phone. Cash is not accepted.

For food or medication orders, please use our webstore to order online, call or email us. Our phone lines are busy so please be patient with our wonderful reception team during this time! Medication refills and food orders will take longer than usual at this time due to increased demand on our suppliers. We do not know when these orders will arrive but we will contact you when your order has arrived.
Clinic hours have been adjusted temporarily to close at 6pm on Mon-Thurs and we are closed on Saturdays. Please contact us if you have any concerns that our team may be able to resolve over the phone for your pet. Thank you for your patience and please stay safe and healthy!
