Veterinary Hospitals in Ontario remain an essential service, allowing us to remain open to care for our beloved pets. Given current Ontario restrictions, our College continues to advise ongoing vigilance and strict curbside medicine.
We are lucky to be able to continue seeing routine appointments and surgeries, but we continue to restrict clients from entering the clinic. This will ensure the health and safety of both our staff and clients which is essential to minimize any chance of exposure and allows us to remain open to serve our community.
When booking an appointment, please be considerate of our staff’s safety and follow government recommendations for isolation, distancing, and masking. If you are feeling sick or are self-isolating and your pet needs medical care, please contact our office to discuss appropriate arrangements for this.
We continue to offer video consultations using the Zoom App during clinic hours. Contact us for details.
For curbside appointments: When you arrive at the clinic please remain in your vehicle & phone us at (905) 332-4014. Option 3. Your technician will come outside to retrieve your pet from you. Please wear a mask and respect the recommended 6 feet/2m of physical distancing. Our veterinarians and technicians will discuss all particulars of the appointment with you over the phone. Please remain in the parking lot for the duration of your appointment. Billing can be done by e-transfer to [email protected] or credit card over the phone. Cash is not accepted at this time.
For food or medication orders: Please use our webstore https://www.myvetstore.ca to order online, call us at (905)-332-4014 or email [email protected] Our phone lines can be very busy. We appreciate your patience with our wonderful reception team! Medication refills and food orders may take longer than usual due to increased demand on our suppliers, so please allow up to 5 days for refills. We are not always able to predict when these orders will arrive but we will contact you when it is ready for pick up.
Thank you for your continued patience and please stay safe and healthy!
